Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program is an initiative aimed at exchanging industry knowledge within the Greek community of Game Developers.
How does it work?
Any member of the community can apply to the program either as a Mentor or a Mentee. The association reviews applications and accepts participants, and the Mentees are required to become a member of the association to continue. Additionally, all applicants must accept the program's Terms and Conditions as well as the Code of Conduct.
Then, Mentors and Mentees will connect and start their communications. Mentors are committing to at least 4 hours of mentoring per month for each Mentee, used in meetings, studying material sent by the mentee, or in other agreed activities.
Participation is voluntary without any financial prospects.
What's the duration?
Registrations for Mentors and Mentees are open until the 15th of July 2022. Once all applications are processed, the pairs will be notified within 10 days, and right after that (25th of July) the program begins until the 25th of September.
Can I withdraw from the program?
Any participant can withdraw at any time. In that case, the association will attempt to match the unpaired participant with a new participant.
Important information
Mentors are required to declare their fields of expertise upon application. We highly recommend having at least 3 years of experience in the field in order to apply.
The Mentee's application may not be accepted if the Mentor is unavailable or if the Mentee's field of interest is not matching the Mentor.
